My Background
My work has evolved through more than 25 years of exploring personal development, meditation, energy work, natural health and healing, bodywork and self-understanding.
Over the years, I've learnt from many different teachers, practices and traditions. These experiences continue to inform how I see the world, how I understand people and how I work with others.
My learning is ongoing, guided by curiosity, experience and a desire to understand ourselves more deeply. The training and study below offer a glimpse into some of the experiences that inform my work.

Hello, my name is Michelle Jones.
I’m so happy you’re here.
I believe there’s more than one way to do life - and that the way that feels right for you might look very different from what you’ve been told it should look like.
For years, I tried to work out the right way to do things, while a part of me kept wondering, there has to be another way!
My own journey of exploration has taught me that we don’t need to become someone else to create a life we love. Sometimes, it’s about reconnecting with who we’ve always been, recognising what we’ve taken on along the way, and learning to trust ourselves again.
That’s the heart of my work.
Through Human Design, embodied awareness, intuitive guidance and the wisdom of the body, I offer different doorways into self-discovery - spaces to pause, get curious and explore what feels true for you.
I’m not here to tell you who you are or give you all the answers. I’m here to open the door.
