There Has to Be Another Way

I've always been curious and questioned the way things were done. From a young age, the right way I was taught to do things often didn't feel right to me. Sometimes it seemed unnecessarily complicated, or simply didn't make sense. But questioning wasn't always welcomed, so I learnt to do things the correct way, even when something in me felt otherwise.

Still, that questioning never really went away. I kept coming back to the same thought: there has to be another way.

For more than 25 years, I've explored meditation, natural health, healing, bodywork, energy work and a wide range of personal development practices. I've learnt from many different teachers and approaches and experimented with plenty along the way.

I wasn't searching for the perfect answer. I was discovering what felt true for me.

Over time, I came to understand that what works beautifully for one person may not work for another. And what feels right for us in one season of life may change in the next. We're shaped by our experiences, our circumstances and the expectations we've taken on along the way.

A few years ago, I discovered Human Design and dove in. It validated so much of what I had already learned through my own experience and gave me a new language for understanding myself.

As I explored my chart and reflected on different times in my life, I began to recognise moments when I'd naturally followed my own way of being. Things seemed to flow effortlessly. Then there were times when I'd stopped trusting myself and tried to do things the way I thought I was supposed to. The flow would disappear.

Recognising that pattern was quite mind-blowing.

Human Design didn't change who I was.
It gave me permission to trust who I'd always been.

But understanding ourselves is only part of the story.
Awareness gives us a choice.
The work is in what we do with that awareness.

We can begin to notice where we've adjusted ourselves to fit in, where we're responding to expectations rather than our own needs, and where old patterns might be shaping the way we think, feel and act.

Noticing these things doesn't mean we need to judge ourselves or immediately change anything. Sometimes, the first step is simply to see what's happening with a little more honesty and curiosity.

From there, we have an opportunity to choose how we want to respond.

That's the heart of my work.

Through Human Design, embodied awareness, intuitive guidance and the wisdom of the body, I offer different doorways into self-discovery and deeper self-trust.

I'm not here to tell you who you are or give you all the answers. I create space for you to pause, become curious, and explore what feels true for you in this moment.

You get to decide what resonates, what you'd like to explore further, and what you want to do with what you discover.

I'm here to open the door.
What happens next is yours.

I wonder what might be possible when we stop trying so hard to become who we think we should be and begin exploring what it means to trust ourselves instead.

Come explore with me… ✨
